Our General Admission ticket price is £12.50 for an hour’s session for both adults and children. We do offer a 20% saving on our Family Ticket up to 4 guests, minimum 1 adult and 2 children (under 18) required per booking. Children 3 and under go free, with a paying adult!
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as we limit capacity to ensure the best possible gaming experience for everyone.
Bookings are available online via the book now button for each venue. Walk-ins are available, space permitting.
We charge a one off non-refundable booking fee of 0.95 for all bookings made via our website. Please note this is a per booking fee and is not per ticket on the booking.
We are a cash free venue so only accept credit or debit cards. We accept all major cards; Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
Gamers 12 and under must have an adult in the venue with them. Children ages 6 and under must have an adult on the arcade floor with them. Family members may wait and watch in The Hub area for free! To enter the arcade floor, a ticket must be purchased.
Everyone is required to have a ticket to enter the main arcade floor, even if you do not intend to play. Spectators waiting in The Hub do not need to purchase a ticket, but will not be able to enter the arcade floor.
It’s always good to get down early so you don’t miss any of your session time. Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes as this gives our staff enough time to prepare the best gaming experience for you.
We are a cashless venue, so no need to bring a pocket full of change, all our games are set on free play for you to enjoy during your session!
Got the gang together? No problem! We allow groups of up to 15 people per General Admission session. For bigger groups, check out our Corporate Parties section for information on groups and Exclusive Hire options, or email parties@highscorearcades.co.uk.

Did someone say party!? We love a birthday party! Contact us today at parties@highscorearcades.co.uk or book online here and let's get the party started!
Our Newbury site does have a ramp for wheelchair access while Bracknell, Farnborough & Poole are all ground floor. Southampton has wheelchair access to the lower level of the arcade. Swindon is set on two floors but a lift is available at the entrance of the arcade in the shopping centre which allows access to both floors. Worcester's arcade floor is one level and the party room is accessible via a ramp. Newport's venue is set over two floors and is not accessible – we are looking into possible resolutions for this at the moment.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact us in advance of your visit at hello@highscorearcades.co.uk
