What are your opening hours?
We are open Fridays from 4pm - 10pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-10pm.
We are also open 7 days a week during school holidays and bank holidays.
Party bookings are available any day of the week please get in touch to discuss.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we limit capacity to ensure the best possible gaming experience for everyone. Tickets sell fast so we recommend booking in advance to guarantee space for you and your group.
What happens if I just turn up?
To speed access we require everybody to book online even if you are visiting us today. This means you can simply show your QR code at the entrance to gain instant admission. If you are unable to book, we will be able to help you on arrival if we have capacity available.
Can I pay on the day?
We are a cashless venue so payment must be made via credit/debit card.
How do I book?
Bookings are available online via the book now button for each venue.
What if I have a large group booking?
Got the gang together? No problem! We allow groups of up to 15 people per session. Going bigger?! We have Exclusive Venue Hire and Birthday Parties available - to find out more contact us via email@example.com
Can I rent out the whole venue?
How much does it cost?
Our General Admission ticket price is £9.95 for an hour’s session for both adults and children. We do offer a 25% saving on our Family Ticket up to 4 guests, minimum 1 adult and 2 children (under 16) required per booking. Children 5 and under go free, with a paying adult!
Can children attend alone?
Gamers 12 and under must have an adult in the venue with them, but they don't have to purchase a ticket and can watch from our Hub area without a ticket. Unless of course they want to get their game on!
Do we need spectators' tickets?
Spectators do not require a ticket and are more than welcome to wait in the “Hub” area.
Are all games set to free play, do I need to bring change?
We are a cashless venue, so no need to bring a pocket full of change, all our games are set on free play for you to enjoy during your session!
Will food and drink be available?
At the moment we do not have food and drink facilities available, but feel free to bring your own or why not tie in a visit to Sundaes Gelato next door (Newbury), Sprinkles (Southampton), or Skewers or Sticky Sisters (Farnborough) and grab some scrummy ice cream or waffles or even a whole meal!?
Can I bring bags?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your belongings, but please try to keep to a minimum as we cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings whilst on site.

What about toilet facilities?
Our Newbury venue has toilet facilities available on-site and also has disabled toilet facilities. Farnborough has all toilet facilities available within the shopping centre. Southampton has toilet facilities upstairs and we are currently working on making disabled toilet facilities available for the venue - contact us via email@example.com or 07535 087933 to find out more.
What time should I arrive for my booking?
It’s always good to get down early so you don’t miss any of your session time. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes as this gives our staff enough time to prepare the best gaming experience for you.

Im going to be late/miss my booking, what should i do?
Do what you can to get here as soon as possible and our staff will do their best to accommodate your booking. We have a tight time schedule so no promises that you’ll be able to get your game on!
Can I stay for another hour after my session?
If we have space, of course! Speak to one of our team members who will be more than happy to help.
Who can I contact about my experience?
We’re upping our already tight cleaning schedule to ensure all key areas of the venue are thoroughly cleaned every 30 minutes. Hand sanitisation stations will be available throughout the venue and we will be thoroughly sanitising after every session.
Our team's safety and wellbeing is super important to us as they make your experience epic. We therefore ask that you are polite to our staff throughout your visit. Any problems, they are there to help!

We are a cash free venue so only accept credit or debit cards. We accept all major cards; Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
Do you offer a Blue Light Discount
Yes we do, just enter code BLC10 at checkout and bring your Blue Light card with you at the time of booking.
Do you offer a Disability Concession?
Yes, we offer a 50% concession for disabilities, special needs, and their carers. Please note each individual requires a ticket.
Do I need a ticket to be in the main arcade?
Yes everyone is required to have a ticket to enter the main gaming area,even if you do not intend to play. If you do not have a ticket you are welcome to wait in The Hub.
